Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating updates between management and crews when no manager is onsite. Manage opening and closing procedures, handle customer questions and complaints in accordance with policy, and maintain patient confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and maintain off-shelf inventory following weekly, promotional, and seasonal schedules. Reset departments after POGs. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and advanced communication abilities to work flexible shifts including early mornings, overnight, and weekends. Full-time role with 40 weekly hours at $19.00–$28.00 hourly.
