Job Summary
Supervise the store's crew by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities while effectively communicating with store management and crews. Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints by promoting CVS customer service culture, handling relations issues per policy, and maintaining confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, sign and inventory weekly promotional items, and reset departments following POGs. This role supports the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. The position requires a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with anticipated weekly hours of 20.
