Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leading the store in the absence of a manager, ensuring smooth operations, customer service excellence, and completion of opening/closing procedures. Responsibilities include supervising the store crew, directing activities, communicating with management and staff, assisting customers, upholding CVS customer service culture, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising and inventory across displays, and adapting to a flexible schedule (early morning, overnight, weekends) with potential overtime. Preferred candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and exhibits deductive reasoning, analytical thinking, and strong communication and supervisory abilities.
