Job Summary
Lead store operations and supervise crew activities by assigning tasks, directing daily functions, and communicating updates between management and staff. Execute opening and closing procedures, manage customer service interactions, and handle complaints in accordance with company policy while maintaining confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays for weekly promotions and seasonal items. Reset departments following POGs and ensure all inventory tasks are completed. Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnight shifts, and weekends, with overtime available as needed.
