Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities while ensuring smooth operations and completion of opening and closing procedures. Supervise crew execution of merchandise tasks including pricing, stocking shelves, executing displays, and resetting departments. Communicate effectively with store management and address customer questions, problems, and complaints in accordance with company policy. Maintain customer and patient confidentiality while promoting a positive shopping experience. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts to respond to urgent issues as they arise.
