Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities when no manager is onsite. Execute opening and closing procedures, price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Assist customers with questions, handle complaints in accordance with company policy, and ensure patient confidentiality. Communicate effectively between store management and crews while promoting a positive shopping experience. Requires advanced communication and supervision skills, with a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. Part-time role with 29 anticipated weekly hours at a base rate of $20.40 to $29.40.
