Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads the store when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite, ensuring smooth operations and completing opening/closing procedures. Responsible for supervising the store crew, directing activities, and maintaining customer service excellence to build loyalty. Performs merchandising tasks including pricing, stocking shelves, executing displays, and inventory per weekly promotions and planograms. Requires strong deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills, plus advanced communication and supervision capabilities; must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Benefits are provided for part-time employees; the role is a part-time position with pay in the range of $16.00–$23.00 per hour.
