Job Summary
Shift Supervisor position at CVS Health responsible for leading store operations in the absence of a manager, supervising staff, handling customer service and confidentiality, merchandising and inventory tasks, and ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed. Key duties include supervising the crew, directing activities, communicating with management and crews, assisting customers, promoting CVS customer service culture, managing displays and weekly promotions, and ensuring accurate stock and adherence to planograms. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, strong communication and supervisory abilities, and flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed. High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Part-time role with a typical pay rate around $19.26 per hour; benefits available.
