Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning and directing activities, ensuring smooth operations when no manager is onsite. Execute opening and closing procedures, manage inventory, and restock shelves while maintaining displays. Assist customers with questions, handle complaints per policy, and promote a positive shopping experience. Maintain customer and patient confidentiality. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and experience as a retail supervisor. Works flexible shifts including early mornings, overnight, and weekends, with anticipated weekly hours of 20. Part-time role eligible for dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts.
