Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health responsible for leading store operations in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed, supervising staff, and delivering strong customer service. Key duties include supervising store crews, directing activities, communicating with management and crews, handling customer relations per policy, maintaining confidentiality, pricing merchandise, stocking shelves, executing displays and inventory per planograms (POGs), resetting departments as needed, and promoting a positive shopping experience. Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends, with anticipated weekly hours around 16.
