Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning and directing daily activities, ensuring smooth operations when managers are absent. Manage opening and closing procedures, price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute promotional displays. Handle customer questions, complaints, and relations issues while maintaining confidentiality and promoting the CVS customer service culture. Communicate effectively between store management and crews to drive execution and performance. Requires flexible scheduling including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with overtime as needed. Part-time role with weekly hours of 20.
