Job Summary
Supervise the store crew by assigning activities, directing operations, and following up on tasks when no manager is onsite. Assist customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and maintaining confidentiality while promoting the CVS customer service culture. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and sign inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Reset departments following POGs and ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, and overtime as needed.

- Supervision skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a retail supervisor
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
