Job Summary
Supervise the store's crew by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities while managing opening and closing procedures. Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints by promoting CVS customer service culture and handling relations issues in accordance with company policy. Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items while maintaining off-shelf merchandise. Maintain customer and patient confidentiality throughout all interactions. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with overtime as needed. This part-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance.
