Job Summary
Conduct store operations leadership by supervising crew activities, managing assignments, and ensuring smooth execution when managers are absent. Handle customer service inquiries, complaints, and confidentiality matters while promoting the CVS culture of greeting, helping, and thanking. Execute merchandise tasks including pricing, stocking shelves, displaying promotional items, and resetting departments per POGs. Complete all opening and closing procedures and maintain inventory accuracy. Requires flexible scheduling including early mornings, overnight, and weekends to work overtime as needed. Part-time role with 29 weekly hours at a base rate of $16.50 to $24.00.
