Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leading store operations in the absence of a manager, supervising staff, ensuring opening/closing procedures, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising the store crew, directing activities, communicating with management, handling customer inquiries, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising and presentation (pricing, stocking, displays, inventories), and promoting CVS customer service culture. Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends; strong deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, and advanced communication and supervision abilities. Education: high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Location: Painesville, OH (part-time role). Benefits available; pay is hourly with a typical range of $16.00/hour.
