Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and communicating directly with store management. Execute opening and closing procedures, handle customer service inquiries and complaints, and maintain customer confidentiality. Manage merchandise by pricing items, stocking shelves, executing displays, and resetting departments following POGs. Maintain customer/patient confidentiality while promoting a positive shopping experience. Requires advanced communication and supervision skills, with the ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. This part-time role offers a weekly base of 25 hours with a pay range of $17.00 - $26.00. Eligible for dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts.
