Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads the store in the absence of a manager to drive store execution and customer service excellence, supervising the crew with direction and follow-up, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed, managing merchandise presentation and inventory per weekly promos, maintaining displays, stock levels, and department resets per POGs, while communicating effectively with store management and crews, handling customer questions and issues, and upholding confidentiality and CVS customer service culture; requires flexible scheduling including early mornings, overnights, and weekends, along with analytical, deductive, and computer skills and strong supervision abilities.
