Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, directing assignments, and communicating updates between management and staff. Execute daily tasks including greeting customers, handling complaints, pricing merchandise, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays. Ensure completion of all opening and closing procedures while resolving urgent issues as they arise. Maintain customer confidentiality and uphold company policies during interactions. Work flexible shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. This part-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in driving execution and building consumer loyalty.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
