Job Summary
Shift Supervisor responsible for leading store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring smooth store operations, opening/closing procedures, and delivering excellent customer service. Key duties include supervising crew, directing activities, communicating with management and staff, handling customer relations per policy, maintaining confidentiality, merchandise presentation, stock and inventory management, and executing displays and resets per planograms. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, strong communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills
- Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
Desired Qualifications
- Retail supervisor experience (preferred)
- Advanced communication and supervision skills
- Experience with customer service
- Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, and weekends
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
