Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health responsible for leading store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring smooth store operations, opening/closing procedures, and delivering excellent customer service. Key duties include supervising crew, directing activities, communicating with management and staff, assisting customers, maintaining customer confidentiality, merchandising and inventory, executing displays, and ensuring promotional and seasonal resets aligned with POGs. Requires strong supervisory and communication skills, with flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
