Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads store staff in the absence of management, ensures opening and closing procedures, and focuses on customer service to drive store performance. Responsibilities include supervising the store crew, communicating with management and crews, handling customer questions and complaints, maintaining customer confidentiality, merchandising and presentation of weekly/promotional merchandise, stock/price control, and resetting departments per planograms. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, strong communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Education typically includes a high school diploma or equivalent; position is full-time with benefits.
