Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of opening and closing procedures. Manage customer interactions by greeting shoppers, addressing complaints, and maintaining confidentiality while promoting the CVS service culture. Execute merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays for weekly promotions and seasonal items. Communicate effectively with store management and crews to drive performance and build consumer loyalty. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts to respond to urgent issues.
