Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of opening and closing procedures when management is absent. Manage customer relations by greeting shoppers, resolving complaints, and maintaining confidentiality while promoting the CVS customer service culture. Execute merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining promotional displays. Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and handle urgent store issues as they arise. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with an anticipated weekly total of 29 hours. This part-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in driving store performance and building consumer loyalty.
