Job Summary
Conduct store operations and supervise crew activities by assigning tasks, directing shifts, and following up on all daily functions. Manage customer relations by greeting visitors, answering questions, handling complaints, and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with company policy. Execute merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Complete all opening and closing procedures and reset departments following POGs when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with overtime as needed. This part-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in driving execution and building consumer loyalty.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
Desired Qualifications
