Job Summary
Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth operations when no manager is onsite. Manage opening and closing procedures, handle customer relations issues in accordance with policy, and maintain customer confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and maintain off-shelf inventory. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, responding to urgent issues as needed. Apply deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills to drive consumer loyalty and excellent service.
