Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning and directing daily activities, ensuring smooth operations when managers are absent. Manage opening and closing procedures, price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventory for weekly promotions. Address customer questions, complaints, and relations issues while maintaining confidentiality and promoting the CVS service culture. Communicate effectively between store management and crews to drive execution and performance. Requires flexible scheduling including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with a weekly commitment of 25 hours. Part-time role with a base pay range of $16.00 to $23.00 per hour. Eligible for dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts.
