Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor to support CVS Store Management by driving store execution and customer service excellence. When no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite, leads the store staff, ensures opening and closing procedures are completed, and maintains merchandising standards. Responsibilities include supervising the crew, directing activities, facilitating communication between management and staff, assisting customers, handling issues per policy, protecting confidentiality, managing merchandise and inventory, executing displays and planograms, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts; overtime as needed. Education of High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Benefits and compensation are outlined with a pay range of $16.50-$24.00/hour for this part-time role.
