Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and communicating with management when no supervisor is onsite. Execute opening and closing procedures, handle customer inquiries and complaints in accordance with policy, and maintain patient confidentiality. Manage merchandise by pricing items, stocking shelves, executing displays, and resetting departments after promotional opportunities. Apply deductive reasoning and advanced communication skills to drive store execution and build consumer loyalty. Work flexible shifts including early mornings, overnight, and weekends as needed.
