Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating with management when no supervisor is onsite. Manage opening and closing procedures, handle customer relations issues in accordance with policy, and maintain customer confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and sign inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Reset departments following POGs. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. Part-time role with anticipated weekly hours of 20. Base pay ranges from $18.00 to $27.00 hourly. Eligible for dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts.
