Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring store operations run smoothly, opening/closing procedures are completed, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising the store’s crew, directing activities, communicating with management and crews, assisting customers, promoting CVS customer service culture, maintaining customer/patient confidentiality, merchandising and presentation of merchandise, stock and inventory, and resetting departments following promotional guidelines. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. High School diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Part-time role with potential benefits depending on hours and eligibility.
