Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of opening and closing procedures when no manager is onsite. Manage customer relations by greeting shoppers, addressing complaints, and maintaining confidentiality while driving consumer loyalty through excellent service. Execute merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining promotional displays. Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and respond to urgent issues as they arise. Requires flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. Part-time role with 29 weekly hours at a base rate of $16.00-$23.00. Eligible for dental, vision, and wellness benefits.
