Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, managing opening and closing procedures, and executing merchandise tasks including stocking shelves and maintaining displays. Direct daily assignments, communicate with store management, and handle customer service inquiries while resolving complaints in accordance with company policy. Ensure all safety and quality standards are met during shifts, maintaining customer confidentiality and promoting a positive shopping experience. Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnight shifts, and weekends as needed to respond to urgent issues.
