Job Summary
Lead store operations and supervise crew activities by assigning tasks, directing workflows, and maintaining communication with store management. Execute opening and closing procedures, handle customer service inquiries and complaints in accordance with company policy, and manage merchandise presentation including pricing, stocking, and display maintenance. Ensure all safety and quality standards are met while supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts to respond to urgent issues as needed.

Desired Qualifications
