Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and ensuring smooth execution when no manager is onsite. Manage opening and closing procedures, handle customer relations issues in accordance with policy, and maintain customer confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and perform inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Reset departments following POGs while communicating effectively with store management and crews. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and the ability to work flexible early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. Part-time role with 20 weekly hours at $16.00 - $23.00.
