Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor leads store operations in the absence of the manager, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed, supervises staff, and drives customer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through excellent service. Responsibilities include supervising the store crew, directing activities, communicating with management and crews, assisting customers with questions and issues, maintaining customer confidentiality, overseeing merchandise presentation and shelf stocking, executing displays and inventory per weekly and promotional cycles, and resetting departments according to plan-of-growth. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, computer skills, advanced communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnight, and weekend shifts.
