Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of opening and closing procedures when no manager is onsite. Manage customer relations by greeting patrons, addressing complaints, and maintaining confidentiality while driving consumer loyalty through excellent service. Execute merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining promotional displays. Requires flexible scheduling including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with a weekly commitment of 29 hours. Part-time role with a base hourly rate between $16.00 and $23.00. Eligible for dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts.
