Job Summary
Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance, leading the store staff in the absence of management, and ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed. Responsibilities include supervising the store crew, effective communication with management and crew, delivering CVS customer service, handling customer issues while maintaining confidentiality, merchandising and inventory tasks, and ensuring displays and department resets align with weekly promotions. Required skills include deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision abilities, and the flexibility to work a schedule that may include early mornings, overnights, and weekends. This role is part-time with a typical hourly pay range of $18.90-$27.90, and includes a benefits package where eligible.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
