Job Summary
Lead store operations and supervise crew activities by assigning tasks, directing workflows, and communicating updates between management and staff. Execute opening and closing procedures, handle customer service inquiries and complaints, and maintain merchandise presentation through pricing, stocking, and display maintenance. Ensure all customer relations issues are resolved in accordance with company policy while preserving patient confidentiality. This part-time role requires flexible scheduling including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with weekly hours of 25. Based at CVS Health, the position supports the store management team in driving execution and building consumer loyalty through excellent service.
