Job Summary
Lead store operations and staff when no manager is onsite by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring all opening and closing procedures complete. Manage customer relations by greeting shoppers, resolving complaints, and maintaining confidentiality while promoting the CVS service culture. Execute merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining promotional displays. Requires deductive reasoning, advanced communication skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, overnight, and weekends. Full-time role with 40 weekly hours at a base rate of $17.92 to $26.92.
