Job Summary
Lead the store staff by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities while ensuring smooth operations when no manager is onsite. Communicate effectively between store management and crews, assist customers with questions and complaints, and handle all customer relations issues per company policy. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, sign inventory for weekly promotional items, and reset departments following POGs. Maintain customer and patient confidentiality throughout all interactions. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with overtime as needed to respond to urgent store issues.
