Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of opening and closing procedures. Manage customer relations by addressing questions, complaints, and policy issues while maintaining confidentiality. Execute merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining promotional displays. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with an anticipated weekly commitment of 29 hours. This part-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in driving store performance and consumer loyalty within a culture focused on safety, quality, and compassionate care.
