Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads store operations in the absence of a manager, supervises the store crew, assigns and directs activities, ensures opening/closing procedures are completed, delivers strong customer service, maintains customer confidentiality, manages merchandising and displays, stocks shelves, and handles customer relations per company policy; requires ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends, and to supervise staff with effective communication and supervisory skills.
