Job Summary
Shift Supervisor role at CVS Health leads the store team in the absence of management, ensures opening and closing procedures, drives store execution, and enhances customer service to build loyalty. Responsibilities include supervising the store crew, directing activities, effectively communicating with management and staff, handling customer relations per company policy, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising and presenting products, stocking shelves, executing displays and inventories per POGs, and resetting departments. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Part-time role with typical pay range $17.00-$26.00 per hour; benefits available.
