Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning and directing daily activities, communicating between management and crews, and ensuring all opening and closing procedures are completed. Manage customer relations by greeting patrons, addressing complaints per policy, and maintaining confidentiality while executing merchandise tasks such as pricing, stocking shelves, and resetting departments. This part-time role requires a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts to respond to urgent issues. The typical base hourly rate is $16.50 to $24.00.
