Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning and directing activities, communicating with management and crews, and ensuring smooth operations when no manager is onsite. Manage opening and closing procedures, handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy, and maintain customer/patient confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and maintain off-shelf merchandise following POGs. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and computer proficiency, with the ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. Part-time role with anticipated weekly hours of 23.
