Job Summary
Lead store operations and supervise crew activities by assigning tasks, directing daily workflows, and communicating updates between management and staff. Handle customer service inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain confidentiality while promoting the CVS culture of greeting, helping, and thanking patrons. Execute merchandise tasks including pricing, stocking shelves, and managing displays for weekly promotions and seasonal items. Complete all opening and closing procedures when no manager is onsite. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with overtime as needed. Apply deductive reasoning and analytical skills to drive store performance and consumer loyalty.
