Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating updates between management and crews. Execute opening and closing procedures, manage customer relations issues in accordance with policy, and maintain patient confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays for weekly promotions and seasonal items. Reset departments following POGs and ensure all store operations run smoothly when no manager is onsite. Requires advanced communication and supervision skills, with a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. Full-time role with 40 weekly hours at $19.00 - $$28.00 base hourly rate.
