Job Summary
Conduct store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth execution when no manager is onsite. Manage customer relations by greeting shoppers, resolving complaints, and maintaining confidentiality while promoting the CVS service culture. Execute merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays for weekly promotions and seasonal items. Complete all opening and closing procedures and reset departments following POGs. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical, and communication skills, with a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. Part-time role with weekly hours of 20.
