Job Summary
Lead store operations and supervise crew activities by assigning tasks, communicating with management, and ensuring smooth execution of daily functions. Manage customer relations by addressing questions, complaints, and policy issues while maintaining confidentiality and promoting the CVS service culture. Execute opening and closing procedures, price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage inventory for promotional and seasonal displays. Reset departments following POGs and maintain off-shelf merchandise. Work flexible shifts including early mornings, overnight, weekends, and overtime as needed. This part-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in driving store performance and consumer loyalty.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
