Job Summary
Supervise the store crew by assigning and directing all activities while communicating effectively with store management. Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints by greeting them, offering help, and maintaining confidentiality. Handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and ensure the completion of all opening and closing procedures. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and sign inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Reset departments following POGs while maintaining off-shelf merchandise. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with anticipated weekly hours of 26. This part-time position supports the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance.
